This week, we invite you to join us in prayer as we lift up expectant mothers and birth mothers—women carrying stories of courage, love, sacrifice, hope, and healing.
In every season of uncertainty, grief, joy, and faith, we believe God gently meets each woman right where she is. As a community, we have the privilege of surrounding these mothers in prayer and asking the Lord to bring peace, strength, comfort, and reassurance that they are deeply seen and deeply loved.
“A love that came at great cost,
The choice that still aches,
An absence never silent,
Always a mother.”
We would be honored to have you join us as we pray for God’s presence to cover every heart and every story connected to adoption and motherhood.

You are warmly invited to join us for prayer time as we focus on the Armor of God for adoptees. Together, we will lift up adoptees, asking the Lord to clothe them in truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God.
As adoptees navigate questions of identity, belonging, and purpose, we will stand in the gap—praying they are strengthened, protected, and firmly rooted in Christ’s love. Come join us as we unite in faith, trusting God to equip and uphold every adoptee in His care. We meet on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. for a half hour of prayer.

You’re invited to join us for our weekly prayer gathering this Wednesday.
We’ll spend time lifting up our SOFA staff and those we serve, asking for God’s grace, encouragement, and strength in our work. We’ll pray that our words and interactions, especially with expectant moms, bring hope, healing, and dignity. We’ll also seek wisdom in stewarding our resources, pray for new partnerships, and trust in God’s perfect timing for the families we support.
As always, we’ll commit all we do to the Lord and ask Him to guide and establish every step.
We hope you can join us. We meet on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. for a half hour of prayer.
Thank you for being part of this work, for praying faithfully, and for trusting God to use your generosity for His purposes. We are deeply grateful for you.
PS. If you’d like to talk, pray, or simply learn more about the process, our team would be honored to connect.

Because of people like you, birth mothers don't have to walk their journey alone.
This week's prayer focus is Fireweed 2026, our Christ-centered Fireweed Retreat for Birth Moms. Registration is set to open on May 1st, and the retreat dates are October 30 - Nov 1, 2026 in Hocking Hills, Ohio. As you pray, we want you to know: 4 moms are already sponsored to attend this year's retreat. We're believing for more. We need 14 more sponsored. $600 sends one birth mom for the full weekend. $50 a month through Fruitful Legacy does the same over time, and ensures the continuation of Fireweed into the future.
Will you be the reason the next seat is filled?

As we step into March, we’re reminded that this season is one of transition—where winter begins to loosen its grip and signs of new life quietly emerge. In many ways, this mirrors the journeys of the families and expectant parents we serve. Some are still waiting in what feels like a long winter; others are beginning to see the first hints of hope breaking through.
This week, we invite you to join us in prayer—trusting that God is at work beneath the surface, preparing hearts, guiding decisions, and bringing His purposes to bloom in His perfect timing. Let’s come together and lift up every life, every family, and every unfolding story to the One who makes all things new.

As we gather in prayer, we are reminded that love begins with God. His lovingkindness is not fragile or fleeting—it is steadfast, faithful, and poured out generously over our lives. Scripture tells us that His love endures forever, reaching us in our weakness, sustaining us in uncertainty, and drawing us closer to His heart. We come together to rest in that lovingkindness and to reflect it in the way we pray, speak, and care for one another.

As we gather together for prayer, we are reminded that God is faithful to guide His people with wisdom, clarity, and steadfast love.
When we seek Him first, He aligns our hearts in unity, knitting us together in purpose and peace. In that unity, we become fruitful—bearing lasting impact as His Spirit works through us, producing hope, encouragement, and life in every place He calls us to serve.
