What to Expect When You Contact SOFA:

1. You can talk with Jennifer Mae, a birth mom who placed her daughter.  Sign-up to meet her on Zoom on September 7th from 7-8pm.  It's free. 

2. We want to listen and get to know you. Click to Contact Us

3. We'll answer your questions and provide info. on the steps of considering adoption for your baby. 

4. If you need food, housing, clothes, referrals for a doctor, help with living expenses and/or counseling support, we can help. 

5. You can choose your child's parents and meet them when you're ready.

6. 72 hours after your child is born  you'll need to decide if you are going to put up your baby for adoption or parent your baby.

7. If you choose adoption for your child, you can stay in touch with Jennifer Mae for post adoption support such as the Fireweed Retreat

8. If you choose to parent your baby, we'll help connect you to a pregnancy and parenting care center close to where you live.  You can get diapers and formula, and get the support you and your child may need.
